Week of Oct 29

This week, we will start making AOI logic circuits.  Starting with designing in Multisim and then building on a breadboard.  We will make our designs "come to life".  For now, we are not worried about simplifying our expressions.  We will learn how to simplify logic expressions on Friday.

I expect a string of videos for the next little while.  All of the topics will be new and complicated.  We will want to have the extra time to practice in class instead of having to listen to the foundation of the topic. The video for Wednesday is on building your designs on a breadboard.  I will update this blog with a video for Friday (simplifying logic expressions using Boolean algebra).

I also have the video for Friday up as well.


Wednesday is WOW, so you have a chance to make up missing or incomplete work, if you need to.  Also, Thursday is a late start day.

Progress reports will be sent home this week.  Look for those as well.  Note that this is a 5 week six weeks, so the grading period ends next Friday (11/9).  Be sure to stay on top of assignments and grades as you will have one less week after progress reports to get caught up.
